#10 Choose Life, Choose Star Shaped…

It will come as no surprise that Trainspotting has been a bit of an influence on us here at Star Shaped (ahem)… Well, the smack addiction notwithstanding.

Suffice to say, we’re a little bit excited about the forthcoming release of Trainspotting 2 and as it falls on our opening night at our BRAND NEW LONDON HOME of O2 Academy Islington, it would be rude not to…

So we present – Star Shaped Club: O2 Academy Isington Launch Party Trainspotting Special! Friday 27th January!

We’ll be playing every track from the soundtrack over the course of the night, complete with visuals from the film, loads of character masks for you all, a special Sickboy cocktail, and all the related 90s Britpop fun you’ve come to expect and love from the best club night in the country!

AND to follow it up, for those seeing the film the day after or who missed out on a ticket for Star Shaped OR who just want to do Star Shaped all over again (hardcore!), we’ll be repeating all the fun in Brighton on Saturday 28th January! Wow. These will be VERY special events. Our launch parties have ALL ended up as real ‘I was there!’ events, you really need not to be missing these. Tickets are now scarce (we announce/update our socials far more frequently, join us over on those!) so you’ll need to grab one of the last few QUICK if you want to coe and party with Mark Renton, Sickboy, Begbie, Spud and the gang!
